What the job involves
- We're seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to orchestrate our product development across four high-impact teams
- In this crucial role, you'll help shape how Judge.me – Shopify's #1 ranked review solution – delivers trust-building solutions to 430,000+ merchants worldwide
- As our Delivery Lead, you'll be the conductor ensuring our teams move in harmony to deliver our ambitious roadmap
- With our platform processing 70 million orders monthly and generating 2 million+ verified reviews, your ability to coordinate and optimize delivery will directly impact global commerce
- Strategic Impact: Coordinate delivery across four teams building core features used by hundreds of thousands of merchants
- Scale & Growth: Support a rapidly growing platform that's achieved 50% year-over-year growth
- Cross-Team Leadership: Work across the entire business to optimise delivery processes
- Autonomy: Shape and implement delivery practices that will define our next phase of growth
- Orchestrate Delivery: Coordinate and manage roadmap delivery across multiple teams
- Remove Barriers: Identify and resolve impediments to delivery, ensuring teams maintain momentum
- Drive Improvement: Implement and refine agile practices that enhance team effectiveness
- Enable Visibility: Create and maintain delivery frameworks that provide clear progress insights
- Foster Collaboration: Facilitate cross-team communication and coordination
- Manage Dependencies: Identify and coordinate cross-team dependencies to ensure smooth delivery
