Who you are
- 5+ years of direct client management experience in a data driven environment
- Proven experience in managing and growing complex client relationships in a fast-paced, innovative, and revenue-driven environment
- Self-driven and highly motivated to provide outstanding service and optimal performance of campaigns for all clients
- A Track record of proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Superior communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
- Ability to navigate and collaborate with other internal departments to produce positive results for clients and the company
- Ability to articulate the impact of campaign strategy and digital media optimizations toward business goals
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to execute on multiple projects simultaneously in an organized fashion

What the job involves
- Managing the day-to-day relationships with clients to ensure we exceed their goals and expectations
- Partner closely with Sales to understand client business needs, spot growth opportunities, and recommend the right solutions to win client trust and build long-term partnerships
- Lead regular client check-ins and business reviews using data to tell a story about Criteo’s impact
- Recommend optimizations and address technical issues timely and effectively
- Project-Manage technical onboarding to match the client’s strategy goals
- Independently coordinate with internal teams across functions to address complex client business needs and generate new best practices
