Who you are
- You have initial sales experience
- Have you previously worked in the hotel industry or in a call centre and would like to switch to the SaaS environment? Then you should also apply to us

- You are fluent in German and have a good command of English
What the job involves
- You proactively research and identify new customers and develop personalized sales strategies for outbound lead generation to drive our expansion in the German market
- You use your sales skills to convince potential customers of our software and its benefits and hand them over to our Account Executives
- You work with state-of-the-art tools such as Salesforce and Outreach
- You have an overview of your numbers at all times via a dashboard and use your growth mindset to adapt your activities to optimize your performance
- You will be coached, supported and encouraged by your Team Lead and in sparring with our Account Executives

Compared to other industries, the real estate sector has been rather left behind by technological developments, still relying on old-fashioned record-keeping and telephone communications. But the recent arrival of PropTech startups are changing that. casavi is one such company, aiming to digitise the industry with a collaborative property management platform.
casavi's platform automates and streamlines many aspects of the property management business, allowing for online ticketing and service apps for tenants. Most notably, its collaborative platform, Relay, allows real-time communication between over 50,000 real estate service providers. As an early mover in a sector urgently in need of modernisation, casavi has quickly earned a client base of over 1,600 property managers, housing associations and commercial property owners with a collective portfolio of over 130,000 buildings.
Having raised funding, casavi is moving to cement its leading position in the DACH PropTech sector. It is working to develop its product with a focus on automation features, expand its partnership scheme to more real estate services and build out its team. In the longer term, it will scale its solution and increase its customer base in the DACH region.
