What the job involves
- We are looking for a motivated Mid-Market Sales Leader with an entrepreneurial and building spirit to join the GTM Sales Team
- You and your team is instrumental in helping build pipeline, generate revenue, and expand our most strategic customers
- As a Mid-Market Sales Leader, you and your team will play an important role defining/iterating on our sales motions, providing customer feedback to help share our roadmap, and generating revenue to grow our sales business
- You will own the strategy and execution of your team’s territory
- Lead a team of Mid-Market Account Executives who handles full cycle sales activities, including: prospecting/building pipeline, developing new potential accounts, expanding existing customers, and renewing an install base
- Own the strategy of your team’s territory, including how the team maximizes the revenue it is generating and retaining
- Own the execution of your team’s strategy, including the team forecast and pipeline generation
- Work with cross functional partners to build playbooks and define our sales motion
- Liaise with our incredible user base to provide world class customer experience
- Drive executive level relationships - internally and externally
- Work cross-functionally and collaboratively with internal teams (sales, inside sales, customer success, solution engineer, deal-desk, ops, legal)

Notion aims to combat this problem by enabling users to work from one central hub, customizing their workflows to suit their exact needs. This includes managing files, scheduling tasks, saving documents, writing to-do-lists, and setting reminders.
The company counts enterprise companies such as McDonald’s, The Wall Street Journal, Verizon, Samsung, and IBM as its customers. In spite of economic uncertainty, Notion reached a $2 billion valuation in 2020, helped by record signups as more people were forced to work from home. Its value has since risen to over 5 times this value, an impressive reflection of its success.
The company has made a number of strategic acquisitions that, coupled with its enormous market value and enviable customer list, have Notion well-placed to continue dominating the market. That being said, the launch of Microsoft-built competitor Loop at the end of 2023 will put Notion's market dominance to the test.
