Who you are
- 10+ years of experience in people operations, internal communications, or organizational leadership, preferably in a high-growth company
- Proven success in shaping and scaling company culture in dynamic environments
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence and align across levels
- Results-oriented mindset with experience translating culture efforts into measurable impact
- Hands-on, pragmatic, and capable of executing strategy in a lean startup environment
- Passionate about building strong teams and driving operational alignment
- Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree preferred
What the job involves
- The Vice President of Culture will be responsible for defining and driving a company-wide culture strategy that supports employee engagement, team alignment, and business performance
- This role will partner closely with HR leadership and department heads to operationalize company values, strengthen internal communications, and create a cohesive employee experience across the organization
- Develop and implement a culture strategy that aligns with company goals, values, and growth stage
- Create and manage communication programs that keep employees informed, connected, and aligned
- Design and oversee initiatives that support a positive, high-performance work environment
- Build consistent onboarding experiences and team rituals that reinforce company identity and connection
- Partner with People/HR to shape leadership expectations and guide leaders in sustaining team alignment and accountability
- Develop and track metrics to evaluate culture health, engagement levels, and team sentiment over time
