What the job involves

Within the sales team, the Key Account Manager impacts the partnerships that the Company wants to make with major OEM manufacturers. High levels of Commercial judgment are required to achieve outcomes required
Identifying and understanding OEM players and way of working with accounts
Acting as the key point of contact for the international accounts, providing technical guidance and delivering training as needed to better know the product
Setting OEM frame agreements, getting official qualification and certification from partners/OEM for Elum solutions
Getting accurate and updated forecasts from accounts. Setting regular follow up meetings. Defining action plan to maximize sales either via upsell or distribution
Identifying complete partner global organization, identifying the local representants, identifying key customers
Working closely with the sales manager to develop the business of recommendation made by the OEM
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, and providing ongoing technical support to ensure customer satisfaction
Communicating complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Collaborating with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to provide feedback on customer needs and market trends
