What the job involves
- As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll ensure our customers achieve maximum value from our solutions
- You’ll onboard new customers, nurture relationships, and support them throughout their journey, both locally and internationally
- You’ll be their advocate, ensuring engagement and satisfaction for the long term
- Customer Onboarding: Lead a smooth onboarding process, setting customers up for success
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain trust-based relationships, ensuring long-term engagement
- Value Optimization: Identify opportunities to maximize value through guidance and best practices
- Customer Advocacy: Capture customer feedback to relay to product and development teams for improvement
- Issue Resolution: Work with support and development teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Metrics Ownership: Track success metrics such as adoption, satisfaction, and retention
- Industry Expertise: Experience working in or understanding our customers’ industries
- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable with technology, particularly BIM, CAD, or similar construction software
- Strategic Sales: Identify, close, and expand business opportunities at a strategic level
- Stakeholder Management: Manage complex stakeholder landscapes with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales Process: Handle the sales process from opportunity to close
Our take
In an industry dominated by traditional recruiting agencies, Workfully looks to stand out by supplying a decentralized recruitment and upskilling marketplace. The idea is to enable recruiters to act as their own agency, tailoring the recruitment process so that they can attract, hire, train and coach the talent they specifically need.
Workfully provides two products, "Hiring" and "HireSkilling". The Hiring service depends upon the company's network of Talent Partners, and can be deployed in-house or externally, or clients can opt for the "Executive" version designed to help bolster their C-suite. HireSkilling, meanwhile, allows users to seamlessly hire and upskill talent in one program, essentially creating the talent they need and may have been struggling to source.
Having secured a promising seed round in 2023, Workfully is looking to both expand its team and grow its product offering. With the recruiting service industry worth around $700 billion, and ripe for innovation, there is certainly an opportunity for the company to find success.
