- Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing teams
- Good knowledge of the digital space
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (for example, HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, Salesforce)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to create and pitch compelling marketing materials; strong creative problem-solving skills
- Extraordinary attention to detail

What the job involves
- We are Insider One — the world’s first Integrated Growth Management Platform, loved by marketers crafting experiences for some of the world’s most renowned enterprise brands
- We help enterprise clients connect customer data across channels, predict future behavior with AI and deliver truly individual experiences
- We are expanding our marketing presence across 25 countries and are now looking for our Field Marketing Manager, Northern Europe
- If you’re a self-starter with a passion for B2B marketing and are interested in building the market presence of a unicorn SaaS company in one of the largest and most dynamic regions in the world, this could be the role for you
- Join our dynamic marketing team, create your own playground and take our Northern Europe (UK, Benelux, Nordics) marketing strategy to the next level
- Read on to discover how it feels to become one of us
- You might be expecting an eye-catching, mesmerising job description full of start-up jargon — after all, we’re a Sequoia and Riverwood-backed company with an awarded woman CEO and a global team that takes diversity very seriously
- But what matters most to us is action – we are underdogs who believe in the power of doing
- So, we asked our VPs of Marketing, Regional Marketing Managers, Country Managers and Sales Teams what they expect from our Senior Marketing Manager, Northern Europe — and this is what they told us
- Build and own the marketing strategy and execution for the UK, Benelux & Nordics, working closely with the global marketing team, your local team of marketing specialists, and the local sales team, to increase awareness, drive engagement, generate leads, and support conversion rates
- Manage all local marketing activities: demand generation, ABM, events, customer marketing, web, content, and PR
- Own the event marketing programme calendars, organising both Insider One-led events and external industry events; manage all aspects of the projects, from speaker recruitment to logistics
- Create locally relevant assets to support sales and campaigns — for example, case studies, whitepapers, and guides
- Work closely with sales to measure programme performance and lead quality
- Act as the go-to for your market, providing insight on trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to clients by extending company offerings
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts whilst staying fully aware of new products and competitive status. Develop and implement fresh sales/marketing initiatives, strategies, and programmes to capture key demographics
- Present marketing, revenue, and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Operations, Sales Engineering, and Sales Enablement functions to ensure alignment and success
- Maintain a clean, up-to-date pipeline and forecast accurately – after all, marketing and demand-gen is a balancing act!

Our take
Many marketing companies claim to provide multichannel digital marketing tools: but in many cases client data remains siloed, so these multichannel efforts do not actually maximise ROI. Insider is out to change this by using AI to connect data across channels and systems, improving the customer engagement experience for its clients and their customers.
Unlike larger competitors in this space, such as Salesforce, Insider's AI-based technology is able to integrate data from a wide range of marketing channels both online and offline. This allows its clients to better coordinate marketing campaigns across different channels and make more accurate predictions about customer behaviour.
Insider counts many leading brands among its clients, including L'Oreal, Virgin, Santander, Singapore Airlines, Samsung and IKEA. It has also enjoyed substantial funding rounds and earned Unicorn status. More recently, the company acquired Bluecore, an AI-driven retail marketing solution, as it doubles down on AI in the run up to a planned IPO.
