- Significant experience leading Agile projects in a multi-team environment and a track record of delivering projects using Agile methods

What the job involves
- Help us build the future of real-time news delivery and join a team powering the heartbeat of global information! LSEG’s News Engineering group is looking for a Senior Agile Delivery Manager to support high-performing, cross-functional teams, ensuring flow from inception through delivery
- You’ll help teams plan, prioritize, and refine work to enable high-quality product and technical outcomes. You need to value and support good quality engineering and be able to influence our teams and partners towards a more agile way of working
- Partner with engineering teams to define solutions and implement plans, including identifying and mitigating risks
- Define and report on achievements and provide regular updates to senior team members
- Lead cross-functional working groups with engineering and product teams, as well as external partners, to ensure alignment and progress
- Participate in News annual budget planning alongside senior News leaders and finance team
- Track and forecast key financial metrics against targets, applying insights from the business to make recommendations to optimally manage budget across the portfolio
- Communicate sophisticated technical information accurately and concisely in audience appropriate format
- Identify improvements for intake and planning process and provide mentorship and guidance to implement
