Who you are
- We're looking for an experienced Content Strategy Lead to join our team
- This role is ideal for someone with deep marketing expertise, a passion for content-driven growth, and a strong consultative mindset
- 4+ years of experience in content marketing, growth marketing, or marketing strategy, with proven success managing multiple client programs
- Strong background in content strategy, audience development, and performance marketing
- Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable improvements in lead generation, audience growth, and marketing ROI
- Experience working in a consultative services model, either in agency, SaaS, or marketing services environments
- Proficient in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce) and content performance platforms
- Comfortable with AI tools, automation workflows, and emerging content technologies
- Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, and strategic storytelling skills
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Knowledge of SEO principles and organic search optimization is a plus
What the job involves
- You'll partner with Jasper customers to design and execute comprehensive content strategies that drive measurable business outcomes across all marketing channels
- This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you'll audit marketing goals, architect content strategies, deploy AI-powered workflows, and continuously optimize for performance
- You'll work at the intersection of content marketing, audience development, and conversion optimization to help clients achieve their growth objectives
- This fully remote role reports to the Chief Customer Officer
- Act as the primary strategic advisor for content marketing engagements across multiple customers
- Conduct comprehensive audits of marketing goals, target audiences, and competitive landscapes
- Design content strategies that align with business objectives, sales funnels, and customer journey stages
- Deliver strategic recommendations to marketing leaders and executive stakeholders
- Develop comprehensive content strategies including audience segmentation, messaging frameworks, and channel optimization
- Create content roadmaps that span organic search, social media, email marketing, and other key channels
- Design topic clusters, content pillars, and editorial calendars aligned with marketing goals
- Deploy Jasper's AI-powered content workflows in partnership with AI Architects
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks tied to business outcomes (leads, conversions, revenue)
- Monitor content performance across channels including organic traffic, engagement, lead generation, and conversion metrics
- Analyze audience behavior, content consumption patterns, and conversion paths
- Iterate strategies based on data insights, A/B testing, and performance feedback loops
- Collaborate with clients' distribution and growth teams to maximize content reach and impact
- Optimize content for lead generation through strategic CTA placement and user journey mapping
- Expand content programs through emerging channels, content formats, and audience development strategies
- Guide clients on content repurposing, cross-channel distribution, and community building
- Act as a mentor and strategic advisor within the Outcomes practice
- Contribute to best practices, playbooks, and client delivery frameworks
- Stay current on content marketing trends, audience behavior shifts, and emerging platform opportunities
- Apply an AI-forward mindset to executing marketing strategies across content programs
- Leverage AI-powered workflows to scale production, personalize messaging, and optimize performance
- Help clients adopt AI-native approaches to content creation, repurposing, and distribution in their day-to-day marketing
- Bring hands-on experience using AI workflows to drive measurable marketing outcomes

Jasper allows enterprises to create written copy and content quickly for a range of purposes, from SEO rankings to ad conversions and social media posts across a growing list of languages.
While AI has been going mainstream across many industries, its use in creative content production, rather than content analysis, has largely been met with doubt. Jasper is attempting to up the standards with its writing assistant, which can generate original long or short form content based on a short brief.
With over 100,000 customers, Jasper is used by a number of high-profile companies such as Google, IBM, and Airbnb. While ChatGPT has been dominating the news space surrounding generative AI, it has significant limits resulting from overburdened servers and a long waitlist to use the product - whereas JasperAI provides faster results and is readily available.
