Role
Who you are
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
- English native speaker level
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-driven attitude, with a focus on patience and excellent interpersonal skills
Desirable
- Any additional language (Italian, Dutch or Danish, preferably)
- Experience with a CMS tool (such as WordPress and Shopify)
- Experience with Google Tag Manager
- Good understanding of GDPR dynamics
- Soft skills: team spirit, capable of explaining difficult subjects in a simple way
What the job involves
- We're looking for an enthusiastic Customer Success Specialist to join our Team and be responsible for the US market, improving the revenue generated by existing customers, ensuring a low churn, and maintaining relationships to guarantee customer satisfaction
- You will report to the Head of Customer Success and will be in charge of:
- Setting up calls aimed at upselling and cross-selling, by proposing upgrades and subscriptions, to let customers get the most out of iubenda’s services
- Proactively reaching out to existing customers to ensure they’re fully satisfied with their subscriptions, and provide support on their concerns
- Advising customers in choosing the best solution for their needs, helping to implement new services during the onboarding phase, and assisting with renewals
