Role
Who you are
- Undergraduate degree in Data Science, Math or a related field preferred but not required
- 3+ years of professional work experience in Saas environment supporting Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, Finance, or another function with focus on data analysis
- Comfortable working with SQL, other languages are a plus
- Strong Microsoft Excel / Google G-Sheets skills, familiarity with BI Tools (Looker preferred) knowledge of Salesforce, familiarity with related Sales systems (ie. Outreach, Demandbase, Gainsight, ChurnZero)
- Experience with Marketo a plus
- Able to work with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-moving startup or a hyper growth environment
- Strong analytical, modeling, and conceptual problem-solving skills
- Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management
What the job involves
- Labster is looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to offer our Marketing, Sales and Customer Success organization analytical and reporting support
- In this role, you’ll partner with your Rev Ops teammates, senior Revenue leaders as well as cross-functionally to develop business insights, support regular reporting cadence and optimize business processes
- Drive data analyses, frame business problems, and communicate insights and findings to stakeholders
- Support Labster’s annual planning process including modeling and target and quota setting
- Support the administration of compensation plans in SPIFF commission tool
- Lead cross-functional projects that require business problem discovery, optimization of processes, and ROI impact assessment with specific focus on Customer Success
- Coordinate with Revenue Operations teammates to align Revenue systems such as Marketo, Salesforce, Outreach with process improvements
- Develop and maintain necessary process documentation
- Support Salesforce Data Loader needs and a variety of data management & clean up tasks
- Assist with the development of a company wide data warehouse, ensure continuous accuracy of Revenue dashboards and maintenance of the data dictionary

Accessing laboratories and professional workspaces is essential for practical experience in areas such as science and nursing, but this is generally only possible at universities. This is due to a lack of funding and necessity for such equipment in schools and colleges, yet the practical nature of laboratories shows potential to help illustrate abstract scientific concepts to young students.
Labster develops virtual laboratories that allow students to conduct experiments and visualise abstract scientific concepts through digital equipment, providing a practical experience in order to improve their learning experience. The virtual environments are aligned with STEM curriculums, paid for by educational institutes, and can be accessed through any computer without requiring additional software.
Virtual reality shows great potential for providing virtual working environments for a range of educational applications, but these usually require expensive VR setups such as headsets, high-spec computers, and controllers. Labster on the other hand has taken a bare-bones approach by providing its environments within a web browser, helping to provide an augmented learning experience to all students equally.
