Who you are

Strong backend experience with Node.js, Python, or Go
Proven experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and API integrations
Experience with serverless environments (AWS Lambda, Cloud Functions, etc.)
Solid knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of attribution/tracking mechanisms (pixels, UTMs, ID-based matching)
Ability to build/maintain data pipelines (API/CSV → database)
Clear communicator: able to work directly with non-technical stakeholders (marketing teams)
Proactive problem-solver with ownership of data accuracy
Structured, fast, and reliable in solving issues under time pressure

Desirable

Experience with Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch (MMPs)
Familiarity with ad platform APIs (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.)
Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue.js) or CSS libraries (Tailwind, SCSS)
Knowledge of marketing automation/CDPs (Segment, HubSpot, RudderStack)
Awareness of privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA)

What the job involves

We are looking for a MarTech Backend Developer to strengthen our Marketing Technology & AdTech team.
This role is focused on backend engineering with a direct impact on campaign attribution, tracking, data flows, and integrations with advertising platforms
You will collaborate with performance marketers, analysts, and product teams to ensure accurate campaign measurement, reliable data pipelines, and scalable technical infrastructure
Although this is primarily a backend role, you will occasionally work with frontend tasks (tracking scripts, basic landing page support, A/B test setup)
You'll design and maintain server-to-server integrations with ad networks (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat)
Build APIs and middleware for event ingestion and delivery
Develop and maintain data pipelines (API/CSV → SQL/NoSQL databases → warehouses like BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
Implement serverless functions (AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions, or equivalent)
Ensure monitoring, QA, and debugging of discrepancies between internal data and ad platforms
Work with Git, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Vercel / Netlify)
Implement attribution models (GA4, Appsflyer, Adjust, or custom server-side)
Manage event deduplication, postbacks, and tracking flows
Integrate and troubleshoot tracking scripts (Meta Pixel, GTM, TikTok Pixel)
Support and maintain basic landing pages (responsive layout, UTMs, CRO testing)
Add and debug tracking/analytics scripts
Flextime (7 – 9:30 a.m. / 3:30 – 7:30 p.m)
