Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Rula

• 5+ years of experience in a D2C / B2C lifecycle or retention marketing role, with a proven track record of creating and executing effective lifecycle strategies, driving program growth and meaningful business results through multi-channel campaigns
• Hands-on experience with Iterable, including the ability to set up, automate, and optimize campaigns, journeys, experiments, dynamic content, and segmentation
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, run A/B tests, and make data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance
• Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail

• In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping the patient experience by ensuring patients get the right message via the right channel at the right time. This role will be fundamental in helping create and scale a best-in-class lifecycle marketing program at Rula
• You’ll lead the development and execution of multi-channel lifecycle strategies (email + SMS primarily) to improve the speed and quality of patient access to mental healthcare. You'll work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create an intelligent, personalized lifecycle program, refine our reporting and analytics capabilities, and expand our test-and-learn program to continuously improve patient engagement
