Who you are

You have demonstrable experience in shipping leading digital products
A deep understanding of UI design and communication.
You have a well-trained eye for great visual design execution, and you care about getting things right
Solid core design skills in relation to layout, grids, typography, colour, scale, composition, tone & iconography

What the job involves

Build empathy with our users, understand their wants and needs
Use research and data to inform design decisions
Sketch out flows and solutions, involving developers along the way
Prototype ideas & concepts at different fidelities
Prototype animations and transitions to inform the behaviour of the interface
Evolve and maintain our Design System with consideration of how it fits into our wider Brand
Work ahead of, and in parallel with developers, testers and UX designers providing guidance at all stages of the development process
Contribute to the development of best practice methods and approaches at BOXT
