- Track record of successful development of new business leads in a phone-first environment

- Prior knowledge of the UK education sector

What the job involves
- As the manager of a team SDRs, you’ll be responsible for increasing the rate at which we acquire and retain longstanding customers
- Deliver on ambitious growth targets
- Lead the efforts of a team of 3-7 SDRs to target schools of different sizes
- Build, train and retain a high performing team
- Lead by example – spend some of your time on the phones hitting targets with your team
- Improve sales processes to shorten time-to-value and increase usage
- Collaborate constantly with the SDR lead as well as the other commercial teams in the company to ensure your team’s efforts lead to long-term loyal customers
- Contribute to product development that will benefit school users
