Senior Product Manager, Rebrandly

• 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of leading successful B2B or B2C SaaS products
• Experience leading or contributing to a product-led growth (PLG) strategy for B2B products, with a strong understanding of customer lifecycle management
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and user-centered design principles, with the ability to adapt these frameworks to suit business needs and a track record of delivering high-impact products
• Ability to gather insights from multiple data sources, synthesize them, and make strategic recommendations that drive business goals
• Deep understanding of modern product development tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Pendo)
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills; able to present effectively to executive teams, GTM stakeholders, and technical audiences
• Proven ability to work independently and cross-functionally to complete projects
• Experience working with mobile apps and APIs preferred
• Experience thriving in a startup or scale-up environment with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation

• As the Senior Product Manager, you will drive the strategy, execution, and performance of Rebrandly's core products, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company goals
• This role is pivotal in shaping the product vision, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering results that enhance the customer experience and drive business growth
• You will identify market opportunities, define product requirements, and guide features from concept through launch
• In this role, you will oversee the entire scope of our core offering - the Rebrandly web app, our popular mobile apps, browser extensions, integrations, REST APIs, and data services
• One of our goals for 2025 is to modernize and improve the user experience
• This role will be central to that project in partnership with our design team
• You will collaborate closely with our head of product growth, who runs a PLG engineering and product and design pod
• This role reports to Rebrandly's Chief Product Officer, based in the US
• This is a fully remote position in the Americas or Europe
• Help shape the product strategy and drive the execution of the roadmap, focusing on enhancing the customer experience, growing our MAU (monthly active users), and maintaining high customer retention rates
• Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation through launch, ensuring successful execution and delivery
• Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback, competitive analysis, and market research to refine and deliver a seamless user experience
• Own and manage the product backlog by writing, prioritizing, and accepting user stories and epics that align with the product vision and customer needs in collaboration with Engineering teams
• Define and track key performance metrics (lead and lag indicators) to assess the success of product releases and continuously optimize customer engagement
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Engineering leaders to deeply understand market trends, customer needs, technical requirements, and use cases that shape the product roadmap. Facilitate data-driven decisions on feature and scope prioritization
• Serve as a key advocate for the customer and user experience, balancing stakeholder input while driving decisions that align with the product vision and business strategy
• Work closely with product marketers to identify and assess new opportunities and monitor competitive and adjacent spaces
• Partner closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive user workflows, translate customer insights into compelling design solutions, and ensure a consistent, high-quality user experience across all product touchpoints in alignment with established design systems and brand guidelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Finance, to ensure all departments are fully prepared for product releases, equipped to support launches and ensure smooth release readiness and adoption across the organization
• Partner closely with Product Marketing to develop compelling product positioning, drive successful launch execution, and ensure effective go-to-market strategies. Co-own launch readiness and success metrics and collaborate on customer-facing materials
