- 7+ years of experience building scalable, complex distributed systems

What the job involves
- As a Senior Software Engineer on the Core Services team, you'll build foundational services that power our platform, including messaging, authorization, and audit systems
- You'll provide technical leadership across teams, consult on architecture decisions, and mentor junior engineers while directly impacting our members' healthcare experiences
- Design and maintain robust core services using Node.js, NestJS, and gRPC
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance to ensure scalability and reliability
- Collaborate with product teams to implement solutions aligned with business goals
- Mentor junior engineers and foster technical excellence
- Drive best practices for security, performance, and maintainability
- Make independent technical decisions to improve platform stability
