Who you are

6+ years of experience in engineering; building backends, APIs, services, and platforms.
Experience with one or more programming languages including but not limited to: Node.js, Go, Typescript/Javascript, Python, Scala, or Java.
Experience with Cloud technologies (GCP, AWS, Azure).
Experience with relational database systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
Exposure to Kubernetes, Distributed Services, and Observability.
Exposure to event streaming and data engineering is a bonus.

Mentor and pair to encourage the growth of others.
Provide technical leadership and problem-solving so that others can contribute confidently.
Build culture, processes, and tools to improve the developer experience at Smartrr.
Help recruit, interview, and make Smartrr a great home for developers.
