• Has 10+ years experience in product
• Is obsessed with understanding the customer
• Enjoys finding solutions to complex business challenges
• Has experience using analytics to drive product decisions
• Is able to successfully advocate for ideas and effectively build consensus across various stakeholders
• Has a “scrappy” attitude. We all roll up our sleeves and pitch in where needed to get the job done
• Has a “bias for action” and is able to prioritize when an 80% solution is acceptable
• Has a perspective on what works and doesn’t, but always backs up hunches with data
• Has an eye for design and good intuition about what visually works for our brand

Desirable

• Lead our product team and work closely with the co-founders to define and lead our digital product development process
• You’ll sit at the intersection of UX, Creative, and the Engineering team and will be tasked with forming a deep understanding of both our homegrown e-commerce/subscription commerce platform and our end customer
• This role reports to our Co-CEO and will manage a team of Product Managers and designers
• Own the product roadmap and help lead product strategy for the company
• Understand our customers and business, capture insights from customers, and integrate them into solutions
• Improve core KPIs across the board through an iterative testing approach; including conversion rates, purchase rates, churn, etc
• Collaborate with UX and engineering teams to successfully push forward top priorities
• Bring a structured process to the team to work on the right priorities at the right time
• Understand how to track the performance of changes; we have an analytics team to support this role, but you’ll need to have a deep understanding of how to capture and interpret data
• Build and manage a team of product managers who will work across our digital experience
• Work out of our New York City office 3+ days per week
