What the job involves
- Work alongside the Head of Growth to solve high priority problems and drive key decisions around strategy and execution
- Design, build, and own foundational reporting that enables company leaders to better understand the trends and opportunities
- Deliver ad hoc analyses that answer key questions and further strategic initiatives
- Develop and implement experiments that maximize learning in a short period of time
- Build and scale our processes and tools to drive rapid scaling while continuously improving efficiency and speed of execution
- Learn what it takes to build a world-changing startup, both by osmosis and through constant interaction with the Growth and Marketing teams

Many believe the global healthcare system is inadequate, expensive and in need of a new approach. It's not only important to provide reactive care, but also to prevent catastrophes from happening.
Forward is a medical startup that prioritizes preventative care and focuses on improving how healthcare works in order to lower costs. It relies on technology and AI to consolidate patients' medical records and monitor health risks. Patients pay a monthly fee for membership and can monitor their preventative care plan on the Forward app.
The healthcare industry is estimated to be worth over $10 trillion. The company plans to build the first billion-person healthcare system on top of its platform, changing it from a service to a product. Disrupting the industry is one thing, but reinventing the healthcare system with such an ambitious mission is a huge challenge, even if it does have more than $325 million in funding from investment firms and celebrities alike.
