Role
Who you are
- 5+ years working with clients, in the world of personalisation or optimisation
- You have experience building, and delivering, personalisation / optimisation strategies with clients
- You understand the analytics, personalisation and / or CX market well
- Enthusiasm to right wrongs and show the ecommerce world how to really understand performance and what to do about it
Desirable
- The ability to build long term client relationships (at a senior and practitioner level), and understand key business objectives and goals
- You totally get ecommerce. Trading, merchandising, you can resonate with the problems of our ecommerce clients
What the job involves
- You’ll be very hands on, sharing the load with our CEO, VP Analytics and CPO. Expect weekly calls, QBRs, workshops, setting OKRs and briefing in development for solutions. As our product becomes more formative, this will manifest into ensuring that clients get the most out of the platform, are up-skilled in the latest features, and able to self-serve
- Delivering client excellence, ensuring that all clients are maximising the potential of Made with Intent platforms
- Working with our clients to understand and analyse their intent data, and potential opportunities. Helping them to craft their personalisation strategy, and reporting back on performance
- Working alongside our data science, customer insights and solutions team to deliver effective and creative personalisations, that give our clients a competitive edge, and reporting on the ROI of our clients personalisation strategies
- Becoming an expert in personalisation, ensuring that you continue to push boundaries to deliver excellence within eCommerce

In the realm of eCommerce, an excessive fixation on conversion rates has cast a shadow over the essence of individual customers. Made With Intent steps into this landscape to tackle this issue and bridge the gap between numbers and genuine connection.
The current paradigm prioritises pages over people, focusing on ready-to-buy consumers (as few as 2% of users) while sidelining the broader spectrum of intent. Made With Intent addresses this imbalance by providing a Customer Intent Platform, and introducing the Expected Conversion (xC™) metric. This departure from convention equips retailers with analytics that decode nuanced customer intent.
Made With Intent is early stage and currently in Beta. Already it has generated a 9.4% revenue uplift across 6 retailers. With a fresh approach to widespread problem in eCommerce, the company are well set to make a big impact in the space.
