Who you are
- 3–7 years’ experience in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops or GTM Ops at a high-growth B2B company (fintech/SaaS a plus)
- Strong analytical background: forecasting, pipeline modelling, cohort analysis
- Hands-on CRM expertise (Attio/Salesforce or similar) and comfort with GTM tools (Salesloft, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Nav)
- A systems thinker who enjoys creating structure, reducing ambiguity and driving process discipline
- Excellent communicator who can work across commercial, finance, and product teams
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with high accountability
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a highly analytical, systems-driven Revenue Operations / GTM Operations Manager to build and run the operational engine behind our Sales, Partnerships and FX teams
- If you want to own forecasting, CRM architecture, GTM tooling and the data that drives commercial decisions — this is the role
- Own the forecasting process across Sales and Partnerships, delivering accurate weekly insights and variance analysis
- Build and maintain our GTM systems (CRM, Salesloft, Gong, telephony, analytics) and ensure a clean, reliable data foundation
- Design and optimise GTM processes: lead routing, qualification, opportunity stages, partner workflows, post-trade steps
- Create dashboards, reporting and revenue insights for leadership and frontline teams
- Implement automations to improve efficiency and remove friction across the funnel
- Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Product and Compliance to ensure alignment and revenue integrity

ALT21 recognises this gap and seeks to bridge it by facilitating user-friendly, accessible currency hedging solutions.
The company's platform, X Hedge, is designed for financial institutions and other businesses with clients that have foreign exchange risk to manage. Through it, these organizations can sell hedging solutions in over 30 currencies under their own brand, all via a self-serve portal that is cloud-native, multi-tenanted, and supports single sign-on.
The company has raised significant funding and has focused on building out its team and product features. A 2023 rebrand from its original identity of "Assure Hedge" was designed to provide a "better reflection of its evolution and scale of operation" as it grows and moves alongside the ever-evolving industry.
