What the job involves
- We're looking for a Product Marketer to join the marketing team. You'll be a crucial part of ensuring our product resonates with HR and talent audiences, and stands out in a crowded market
- Day to day, you'll be owning competitor and market analysis, strengthening our sales enablement efforts, managing product launch messaging and go-to-market (GTM) execution
- As our first product marketer, this is a role with loads of ownership, autonomy and opportunity to make a huge difference in a fast growth business!

- Own competitor & market analysis – track trends and refine our differentiation strategy
- Lead sales enablement – provide our sales teams with compelling positioning and messaging
- Develop & execute GTM strategies – manage product launches from ideation to execution
- Drive product messaging – ensure our messaging aligns with our users’ needs and market opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally – work closely with Product, Digital, and Commercial teams
