Role
Who you are
- Have 2-4 years of experience as an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager
- Are process-oriented, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle & prioritize various tasks
- Motivated to work in a startup environment, where processes are challenged, updated, and improved every week
- Enjoy working directly with customers and building relationships
- You have experience with Salesforce, Stripe, a CSMP (such as ChurnZero or Gainsight)
- Are comfortable working in a remote or hybrid-remote environment
- Have experience working with technical products
Desirable
- You have experience working with a high growth SaaS startup
- Experience working with APIs
- Have experience with Zendesk or another customer service ticketing system
What the job involves
- The Customer Success Manager at Stream will handle the post-sales lifecycle management of our Enterprise Customers. This includes onboarding, office-hours, quarterly check-ins, renewals, expansions, churn, and contraction
- Manage a book of business in the EMEA and Asia Pacific regions
- Smoothly transition Enterprise customers from Sales to CS
- Work with our support and engineering teams to get a customer into production efficiently
- Handle revenue lifecycle of our customers (except upselling/cross-selling)
- Renew contracts annually

Having started out building APIs for activity feeds, Stream quickly moved into the lucrative chat market. Its customers now include household names such as Unilever, NBC Sports and TaskRabbit. Stream has seen funding from both big-name firms and startup CEOs - a clear indication of the company's broad appeal.
The company has lately been focussed on further developing its in-house technology, in order to fuel its continued growth in the coming years. It continues to enrich its Activity Feed, Chat SDK and AI-based Moderation products, as well as developing Live Video capabilities, which it states clients have been interested in for some time.
