Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
1-3 years comparable work experience
Strong spreadsheet (Excel) and computer skills
Oracle experience a plus

What the job involves

We are seeking a Staff Accountant for the Live Nation Concerts division, a segment of the Live Nation live music business. This position is a blend of transactional and entry-level Accounting
Accounting for tour marketing activity as part of our central marketing team
Prepare marketing invoices for payment and assist with processing
Setup vendors and record payments
Assist with reconciliation of marketing budgets to actuals
Assist with reconciliation of General Ledger accounts, researching as needed
Prepare and enter month end journal entries
Prepares daily, weekly, and/or monthly reports and schedules
Review and manage P-Card process and transactions
Manage shared inbox with timely follow ups
Assist with special projects as assigned
Ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures / policies, including Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
