- Staying ahead of the curve is essential, and your exposure to current and emerging fraud and financial crime trends will be invaluable. While a good understanding of UK laws and regulations is important, we're especially keen on your knowledge of fraud prevention policies and regulations as well as knowledge of financial crime areas especially Payment Fraud and Onboarding
- You like to keep up with trends in your area of expertise, and maintain an awareness of forthcoming legislative & regulatory changes regarding financial crime matters. You would then use this to form strategies and thinking that you will share internally
- If you're actively pursuing or already hold a relevant professional certificate, such as the prestigious Cifas Fraud and Cyber Academy, a diploma in Anti Money Laundering, or an industry qualification like the ICA Advanced Certificate or ACAMS, we want you on our team!

- Create Robust Policies and Procedures: We need your expertise to create and establish robust policies and procedures that outline the systematic analysis, investigation, detection, and handling of suspected fraud & financial crime cases
- By aligning these processes with industry best practices and regulatory requirements, you will ensure we are at the forefront of fraud prevention
- Unleash the Power of Data: Embrace a data-led approach to fraud management and investigations. We want you to harness the full potential of advanced data analytics and techniques to proactively identify potential fraud patterns. By developing effective countermeasures, you will be our secret weapon against fraudsters
- Prioritise and Drive Technical Solutions: Collaborate closely with our brilliant engineers and stakeholders to prioritise fraud business requirements. With your guidance, we will deliver technical solutions that solve key problems while maintaining the velocity needed to stay ahead. Your knack for making trade-offs will be instrumental in achieving success
- Establish Operational Reporting: Become the maestro of fraud risk reporting by defining and providing accurate, informative reports to our senior stakeholders. Your ability to present key findings, trends, and risk indicators in a clear and concise manner will empower informed decision-making at the highest level
- Champion Commercial Decisions: We value your expertise in fraud management beyond just the technical realm. Your commercial and technical acumen will shine as you contribute to key commercial decisions, assessing risks, weighing options, and making informed choices that safeguard our company's interests
- Protect against Financial Crime: We would look to you to consistently evaluate the efficiency of Yonder's measures against financial crimes, guaranteeing that our strategies align with both regulatory requirements and our business goals
- Customer Communication: We want you to get your hands dirty and involved in the operations of the company. You will be prepared to speak to customers directly on fraud related conversations, while maintaining the high quality of customer experience we pride ourselves on
Application process
- Stage 1: Hiring manager call (30 mins): We'll have an initial Zoom call with you to find out more about you and to tell you more about us
- Stage 2: Face-to-face or zoom interview (2 hours):
- We’ll run through three 60-minute interviews to learn more about how you work. This will also be a great opportunity for you to meet the rest of the team - so it would be great if you could come to the office for this stage. Interviews will be structured as follows:
- Experience interview: We’ll deep dive into your CV and talk about your past experiences & your technical knowledge
- Values interview: We want to learn more about how you work - we’ll ask you questions related to our principles (Our DNA)
- Stage 3: Case Interview (60 min): We'll work through a live case study during this interview to go over your technical skills. This will be in person, especially if we didn't get to meet you in - person for stage 2
