- 5+ years in product marketing within SaaS or tech companies
- Skilled in both PLG and SLG strategies at scale
- Experience thriving in fast-paced, global organizations
- Strong ability to think strategically while driving measurable results
- Skilled at translating product features into compelling, customer-focused narratives
- Fast, detail-oriented, and hands-on in execution
- Proven success collaborating with global sales, marketing, and product teams

What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead product marketing for monday service—our newest core product, launched just 6 months ago
- Since its debut, monday service has already shown outstanding growth and impact, operating like a fast-moving “startup” within monday.com. This is a rare opportunity to help shape the trajectory of a product at its earliest, most exciting stage
- As the dedicated PMM for monday service, you’ll play an integral part in driving its go-to-market strategy and help take it up-market
- From deeply understanding our customers to shaping compelling narratives, messaging, and collateral—you’ll bring the product’s story to life and make sure it resonates with the right audiences
- Lead the product-marketing efforts of monday service product
- Own and lead the PMM efforts of the product from top-of-the-funnel presence up to sales support
- Develop compelling narratives, messaging, and value propositions to support positioning, launches, and adoption
- Conduct research on customer needs, competitive dynamics, and market trends, and implement insights in your work
- Identify and prioritize opportunities for impact, define hypotheses and business cases, propose solutions, and execute quickly
- Lead and create marketing and sales assets such as the product’s website, landing pages, campaign briefs, sales decks, battle cards and more
- Develop strong relationships with GTM units, product management, marketing managers, and client-facing leaders to leverage opportunities, tackle challenges, and close deals
- Drive PMM excellence by ensuring deliverables are meaningful, useful, and creating business value
