Who you are
- If you excel in fast-paced environments and have a passion for building and leading teams that consistently win, we’d love to hear from you
- 5-8 years in B2B SaaS Sales, with at least 2 years in a sales leadership role
- Deep understanding and practical experience with the MEDDPICC sales methodology
- Excellent pipeline management and forecasting skills
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop and motivate sales teams
- Experience selling tax technology solutions and/or selling into the office of the CFO
- Experience with Gong
- Experience working in a high-growth startup environment
What the job involves
- We’re on the hunt for an exceptional Sales Director who can drive our top-performing team to even greater heights
- You’ll be responsible for crafting our sales strategy, guiding talented individuals, and playing a pivotal role in our growth
- Lead and Manage a team of Account Executives
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and results-oriented team culture
- Drive accountability for achieving sales targets and adhering to the sales process
- Drive Sales Execution and Pipeline Management
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews with AEs, ensuring accurate forecasting and deal progression using the MEDDPICC methodology
- Identify and address pipeline gaps, risks, and opportunities
- Act as an executive sponsor, providing hands on deal support
- Sales Enablement and Training
- Onboard and train new AEs on the company's sales process, product offerings, value proposition, and MEDDPICC methodology
- Develop and deliver ongoing sales training programs to enhance AE skills and knowledge
- Identify and address skill gaps within the sales team
- Hiring and Talent Development
- Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for new AEs, including screening, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
