Program Manager, Workiva

• Requires a minimum of 4 years of related experience in project/program management with a Bachelor’s degree; or 2 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience
• Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office

Desirable

• The Program Manager - Sales will be responsible for managing global programs related to prioritized strategies and initiatives specific to the functional area of Sales
• This individual will ensure that Workiva's sales operations efforts are prioritized to address stakeholder needs and communicated effectively across Workiva
• This person will work with stakeholders to identify the business goals, initiatives, scope, develop resources, and communicate progress
• Collaborate across functional teams to identify programs, projects and resource needs
• Work with stakeholders to build cross-functional relationships and build, define, execute, and evaluate the success of program strategies and initiatives
• Own program and delivery management responsibility for multiple strategies and initiatives
• Prioritize strategy and initiatives operational excellence including program reviews, feasibility, cost-benefit analysis, prioritization, initiation, and execution
• Identify and balance major program constraints including cost, scope, schedule, risk, quality, resources, and stakeholder satisfaction
• Lead cross-functional teams through the formulation and execution of program plans and organizational change initiatives
• Provide transparency with metrics regularly communicated to Executives and/or Leadership
• Identify and create development and training opportunities to support employee and project success
• Travel up to 10% for team and corporate meetings, fostering relationships and representing company interests
