- 7+ years in software product management and/or customer management, preferably in a B2B environment
- 2-3 Years experience in SaaS delivery model is a must-have, in either B2B or B2C environments
- Strong experience in delivering an intuitive, workflow based software product
- Experience in bringing creative ideas and proposals to development teams and executives supported by qualitative justification and quantitative analysis
- Experience working closely with customers on product implementations
- Represent our company and team with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Bachelors or Masters degree in management, business, computer science or other equivalent
- Experience in Sales Intelligence or Sales Automation is a big plus!
What the job involves
- In this role you will lead the product effort for our sales intelligence as it relates to our largest and most strategic customers
- These are pivotal customers of our sales intelligence platform
- Dive deep into our 6Sense Sales Intelligence platform and understand the needs of our largest customers
- Create and own roadmap and strategy for your product area while working with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and overall goals
- You will work the rest of the SI Product Management team to help them understand how to make different parts of the product meet their needs
- Align your product vision and roadmap with 6Sense’s overall business goals, KPIs, and reporting structures to make sure your work can drive an impact
- Research competition and market trends and propose roadmap trade-offs between parity and innovation
- Build relationships with customers; build empathy for customer’s processes and objectives
- Develop opportunity assessments to vet, validate, and prioritize the roadmap
- Decompose complex use cases and technical requirements into smaller manageable stories by creating and prioritizing a backlog with your engineering team
- Assess roadmap / backlog trade-offs, make recommendations informed by stakeholder and technical constraints, and deliver innovation with this in mind

While sales and marketing teams need access to customer data to stay competitive, this information is often scattered around multiple difficult-to-access systems both inside and outside the company. 6sense exists to solve this problem, using AI to bring together disparate data sources such as internal CRMs and social media signals to give sales teams all the information they need in one place.
While other companies have attempted to tackle this problem, 6sense stands out with its ability to provide a complete picture of a company and the leads to pursue within it. This allows teams to accurately prioritise accounts that are most likely to buy, greatly increasing conversion rates and sales figures. This has led to it being taken up by major enterprises including Dell Technologies, Shell and Cisco, to name a few.
6sense has raised a large amount of capital over multiple funding rounds and now has a $5.2 billion valuation. The company remains focused on research and development to maintain its market lead and is working to improve its AI's predictive, insight, and orchestration capabilities. At the end of 2023, it launched a LinkedIn integration that allowed 6Sense customers to launch targeted LinkedIn marketing campaigns through its AI platform.
