Who you are

Lead the end-to-end research function: proactively identify research needs across product pods and leadership, define the right methodologies and scope work with clarity and autonomy
Translate business priorities into research action: partner closely with PMs & Directors to understand goals, risks, and hypotheses—shaping research that accelerates decision-making rather than slowing it down
Deliver fast, high-quality insights: independently plan, execute, and synthesize research with speed and rigor—producing concise, structured outputs
Drive actionable, outcome-oriented recommendations: transform data and user evidence into clear strategic guidance, decision frameworks, and prioritized next steps—not “research for the sake of research.”
Operate at dual altitudes (tactical + strategic): support current initiatives within product squad while also leading longer-term discovery with product leadership on big, ambiguous questions that shape the roadmap
Elevate research maturity across teams: coach designers/PMs on when and how to use research, champion user-centered thinking, and ensure Noli leverages modern tools and methods to work efficiently and at scale

What the job involves

We’re looking for a Lead UX Researcher to join our growing team and make a BIG impact
You’ll work closely with Hélène, our Director of Product, to guide our beauty-tech platform’s user experience with deep, actionable insights
From conducting user research to synthesising data into strategies, your work will directly shape the personalised beauty recommendations, diagnostic tools, and broader product functionality that delight our users
