Role
Who you are
- Our ideal candidate is someone who is excited about leading and building out this new, high potential function
- 5+ years of work experience, including 2-3 years of Revenue Operations or Sales Operations at high-growth startups
- Experience in analytical fields like investment banking and management consulting are a plus
- Up-to-date knowledge on Enterprise sales best practices
- Proficiency in Google Suite (especially Google Sheets), Salesforce, and other sales tech stack
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and recommendations clearly
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a strong builder and first principle thinker to be our first ever Senior Revenue Operations Analyst!
- In this role, you’ll work closely with Marketplace leadership to build out a scalable sales motion and accelerate revenue growth of this business
- Develop and operationalize a scalable sales motion for our sales org
- Own our sales tech stack (we currently use Salesforce and Apollo). Work closely with our external Salesforce consultant to drive improvements to our CRM
- Partner with Sales to develop and maintain key sales assets (master sales deck, B2B marketing materials)
- Work closely with Marketplace leadership and sales to develop sales strategy
Our take
SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program) benefits are used by millions of Americans, but the scheme has long been hampered by a lack of innovation or digitization. Propel offers instant access to balances, plus local offers and discounts, and support in finding work. It also provides a free debit card that can be used for everyday shopping, bills, savings, and online transactions.
Formerly known as Food Stamps, SNAP benefits can be a hassle to use, with some recipients still having to make phone calls to gauge their budget. Propel's users can keep track of and manage their government-provided SNAP benefits from its mobile app, Providers, enabling low-income Americans to make use of this critical safety net more easily.
The Providers app has been used by upwards of 5 million of a potential roughly 40 million people who use SNAP benefits, showcasing both the current reach of the company, and how much space it has in which to grow. With a presence in all 50 states, as well as some territories, Propel raised $50 million in 2022 which it is using to expand its debit card services, widening its reach to a growing customer base.
