  • We’re looking for a talented and team-driven Director of Digital Marketing to join us on our journey
  • Procurify is looking for a Director of Digital Marketing with a strong digital agency background ideally specializing in B2B SaaS clients
  • This role requires an expert in digital marketing with strong experience working with B2B brands focused on driving strong ROI, deep knowledge of best practices for creating an optimal digital experience and strong data analysis and reporting skills
  • The ideal candidate combines hands-on expertise with strategic leadership, ensuring a collaborative approach to achieving our broader marketing objectives
  • This role requires a strategic thinker and master tactician with a proven track record of delivering revenue impact while balancing the financial considerations of margin and cash flow considerations
  • Minimum of 7+years in SaaS digital marketing, B2B digital agency experience preferred, with a proven track record of managing digital projects, budgets and teams
  • Understanding of customer behavior and user experience to create effective digital solutions that meet customer needs
  • Strong skills in analyzing digital metrics and KPIs to distill into actionable insights and recommendations to optimize performance
  • In-depth knowledge of paid and organic digital marketing including paid advertising, SEO, SEM, website optimization and email marketing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders, presenting strategies, and leading teams
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire a diverse team and influence cross-functional partners
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, often involving cross-functional teams

What the job involves

  • This role will be pivotal in owning our paid digital campaigns and collaborating with the team to optimize our customers digital experience across web and SEO to achieve inbound growth targets
  • Define annual and quarterly plans that outline the digital strategy across paid and organic to achieve targets
  • KPIs: MQL, SAL, SQL creation. Pipeline & revenue created. Cost per lead, Cost-per-opp cost-per-closed
  • Directly manage paid digital channels, including campaign setup, optimization, and budget management, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet performance targets
  • KPIs: MQL, SAL, SQL creation. Pipeline & revenue created. Cost per lead, Cost-per-opp cost-per-closed
  • Build and foster a collaborative and high performing Digital team across paid digital, website and SEO including planning, coaching and performance management
  • KPIs include: Achievement of inbound KPI’s and individual performance reviews bi-annually
  • Audit the digital experience for prospects and make ongoing recommendations for optimizing the customer journey to increase conversions
  • KPIs include: Ad conversions, landing page conversions, website conversions
  • Lead the planning of website optimization strategies with the WebOps Manager to improve conversion rates and improve customer experience
  • KPIs include: Landing page conversions, website conversions, web performance score
  • Collaborate with the SEO group to create and execute a robust SEO strategy to improve organic search visibility, drive website traffic, and enhance overall search engine ranking. Monitor and analyze SEO performance and implement best practices with the SEO group
  • KPIs include: Keyword ranking, Google Search share, domain ranking
  • As a player-coach, this leader will directly manage our paid digital channels, while also mentoring the WebOps Manager and guiding our SEO tacticians
  • Reporting to the VP Marketing, this individual will be a senior member of the marketing team and collaborate with key stakeholders across revenue + marketing operations, product marketing and content marketing to build and execute quarterly plans across paid and organic channels to hit revenue targets
  • Procurify team members work four days a week
