What the job involves
- Join us, drive revenue, and make a real impact as we bring our solutions to enterprises across the globe!
- Own the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and qualification through demos, RFPs, negotiation, and close
- Craft and deliver compelling value propositions that clearly articulate how ConductorOne solves real customer challenges
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior decision makers and technical stakeholders alike
- Deeply understand each customer’s business, IT strategy, and security priorities to position ConductorOne as a strategic partner
- Collaborate with our channel ecosystem — including VARs and strategic partners — to co-sell, expand reach, and drive joint success
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive pipeline, engagement, and customer delight
- Represent ConductorOne’s Core Values in every interaction, always leading with professionalism and positivity
Our take
C1 is an identity security company that helps IT and security teams by automating privileges and compliance. It automates identity security, thus enabling companies to understand what is happening across their operations and what actions could impact someone’s program access permissions.
Originally know as ConductorOne, the company rebranded in 2026. This change accompanied the broadening of its platform to address identity governance for AI tools and agents. Regarding the past success of its Access Request product - which saved IT teams the time they would spend provisioning - we expect this extension to bring similar value to C1's clients.
C1 is well-funded, having raised substantial investment from the likes of GreyCroft and CrowdStrike. This has supported the company in accelerating growth and scaling operations, and gave it a solid foundation from which to address what identity looks like in the post-AI for business era.
