Sales Manager/ Account Executive, Vim

• 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, with at least 3+ years specifically selling to ACOs, MSOs, or value-based care entities
• Proven ability to meet or exceed a $3M+ quota by closing large-scale, strategic deals with multiple stakeholders
• Deep understanding of ACO/MSO economic models, shared savings contracts, and clinical performance metrics (e.g., HEDIS, Stars)
• Experience with value-based care technology (e.g., care enablement, population health, workflow integration)
• Strong executive presence and mastery of solution selling, challenger sale, or similar enterprise methodologies
• Comfortable navigating long sales cycles and influencing complex decision-making processes
• Highly autonomous with a startup mindset and bias for action
• Strong CRM discipline and ability to forecast accurately and consistently

Desirable

• You will drive Vim’s commercial efforts in the ACO/MSO space, selling complex and scalable technology solutions into provider organizations engaged in value-based care
• You will own the full sales cycle—from strategy to execution—and be responsible for achieving a multi million dollar annual quota
• This is a high-impact role focused on selling into senior decision-makers across high-growth MSOs and ACOs, with a mandate to create strategic value and long-term partnerships
• Develop and manage a robust pipeline of ACO/MSO prospects and opportunities
• Own the full sales cycle from discovery through negotiation and close
• Build relationships with C-level leaders across clinical, financial, and technology domains
• Structure and execute complex, multi-year SaaS agreements with performance-based pricing models
• Collaborate with internal teams across product, implementation, and customer success to ensure successful onboarding and long-term satisfaction
• Track and report on key sales metrics and forecast accuracy using Salesforce
• Represent Vim at key industry events and within relevant networks
