• We are looking for a Finance Director to join our business in London
• You will be part of our Finance leadership team and will report into our Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
• This is a rare opportunity where you will oversee all financial functions, including accounting, financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management, to ensure the business remains financially sound and agile
• You will collaborate closely with senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations to drive strategic initiatives and financial performance
• Our business is fortunate enough to be part of a larger Norther European business and therefore the role requires both upward reporting into Group and also reporting into local UK management
• You will also be responsible for ensuring the stability and growth of our financial reporting as we transition towards a stronger control environment following a recent accelerated growth phase
• Implement financial strategies that align with corporate goals
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CFO and senior management team
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes
• Oversee all aspects of financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards
• Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets
