Senior Data Analyst, Wallapop

• Proven experience in a Data Analyst role, preferably in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in defining and implementing metrics and data models
• Solid understanding of statistical concepts, methodologies, and their practical applications
• Proactive and collaborative mindset, with a proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams
• Passion for data and a strong commitment to data-driven decision-making

Desirable

• As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for working with large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations
• You will transform data-driven insights into strategic recommendations for stakeholders at all levels, ranging from product teams to tribe leads and company leadership
• Collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, Data, and Tech teams, you will design and execute experiments, conduct quantitative research, and ensure continuous access to high-quality data and insightful visualizations
• Developing metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance measurement frameworks
• Identifying growth opportunities through data trends using time-series analysis and predictive modeling
• Extracting quantitative insights from data, and translating them into actionable recommendations to address knowledge gaps and drive business impact
• Creating and managing dashboards, enabling easy data access for the stakeholders
• Maintaining data pipelines to ensure efficient data flow and accessibility, and ensuring data quality
• Designing, executing and interpreting A/B tests to evaluate product features or marketing strategies
• Conducting exploratory data analysis (EDA) to understand data characteristics, user segments and market evolution
• Contributing to high-quality documentation for metrics, analyses and data models
• Promoting data literacy and a data-driven mindset within the team and the organization
