Who you are
- 2+ years in a full cycle sales role. We care less about years of experience and more about the impact and results of your work
- Excitement about being part of a founding team and comfort with the ambiguity that comes with it
- Background in adtech, martech, creative tools, or selling to performance marketing buyers is a strong plus
- Strong discovery and interpersonal skills
- Intellectual curiosity, high ambition, and humility
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment
- Genuine interest in AI and how it's changing the way creative and performance teams work together
- Adtech or martech sales experience is a real advantage here
- If you've sold into performance marketing teams before, you know exactly what keeps them up at night and you'll hit the ground running
What the job involves
- Hightouch is looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive to join the founding Ad Studio sales team
- Ad Studio is one of our newest products and lets performance marketing teams build, edit, and launch on-brand ads at scale using AI, all backed by first-party data
- This is a ground-floor opportunity to help define how we bring it to market
- You'll be one of the first AEs dedicated to Ad Studio, which means you'll have real influence over the sales motion, the ICP, and how we position the product with customers
- You're not inheriting a playbook, you're writing it
- The buyers you'll sell to are performance marketers, paid social and paid search leads, creative strategists, and growth teams at mid-market companies who are constantly battling creative fatigue, slow production cycles, and rising CPMs
- You'll help them see how Ad Studio changes that equation
- These are consultative, strategic deals where you're not just demoing a tool. You're helping teams rethink how they produce and launch creative

With the growing need to combine data sources, along with the rise of cloud computing, demand for effective data integration tools and services has been on the rise. Hightouch provides a composable customer data platform to serve innovative marketers, alongside AI-powered tools for marketing.
Hightouch's platform helps marketers to build audiences and customer identities, collect and synch data, and analyse campaigns. LLM-based agents can be deployed to help streamline marketing, and the platform also supports AI decisioning. This comprehensive suite enables Hightouch to serve a range of businesses such as Spotify, Docusign, Warner Music Group, Grammarly and Autotrader.
Through development and acquisitions, such as of Workbase and Whatis, Hightouch has expanded steadily over the years. So long as it continues to enhance its capabilities and provide seamless data activation for its growing customer base, the company should have a bright future ahead of it.
