What the job involves
- As our Engineering Manager on our Builder Experience team, you will lead and scale a high-calibre team of engineers focused on our product-facing interfaces that make agent configuration magical
- In this role, you will serve as the essential bridge between product vision and technical execution
- Oversee the technical roadmap for the Builder Experience team, translating architectural complexity into clear product strategies
- Mentor a diverse group of engineers, ranging from product-focused builders to specialized Staff Engineers, and actively support their professional growth
- Partner closely with Product and Design to ensure our agent-building tools remain intuitive while supporting deep technical capabilities
- Champion a "show > tell" culture by ensuring the team ships rapidly and maintains a high bar for both technical stability and user experience
- Clear technical and operational roadblocks to ensure the team operates with high agency and clarity

The platform stops you from typing the same thing over and over by populating repeatedly used text such as contact information. It's said to save an average of seven hours of work a week with its free-to-download Chrome extension.
