  • Experience with software support and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of Python framework(s) (i.e. Django, Flask, etc.)
  • Experience writing and debugging complex Python applications
  • Exposure to Java (JMX and PMI), .NET Development, or other programming languages
  • Experience with database technologies (MS SQL, Oracle, IBM DB2)
  • Exposure to Prometheus scraping
  • Exposure to SNMP
  • Experience with network troubleshooting
  • Relevant industry certification with a focus on Python (ex. Python Certified Entry-level Programmer, Certified Professional in Python Programming, etc.)

  • As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be an integral part of our customer support and success
  • You will work on troubleshooting our platform for Dynatrace clients, working in multiple technical environments, on multiple languages, throughout the digital ecosystem
