Sales Manager, Booksy

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Demonstrable and repeated experience and success in leading a team of cold door salespeople and driving revenue growth
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive strategic decisions
• Highly motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused

• Fluency in Spanish, as you will be managing a local team
