Role
Who you are
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role in a scale-up enterprise
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the technology industry, using a data-driven and analytical approach, with a strong bias to action
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams, with a focus on building a culture of data-driven decision-making and execution
- Agile leader that thrives in working in fast-paced, growing and changing environments
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and departments
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and analyze marketing effectiveness, leveraging data analytics tools and techniques, and taking action based on insights
- Understanding and experience of the tools, suppliers, providers and expertise in the market and how to best leverage them to create the best ecosystem for Holistic AI
- Experience with selecting and implementing marketing automation solutions and integrating with CRM systems
- Knowledge of AI and its applications in the enterprise is a plus
What the job involves
- Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise marketing strategy that aligns with Holistic AI's business goals and objectives. Build, manage and lead a high-performing marketing team, including hiring, training, and performance management, with a focus on building a culture of data-driven decision-making and execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing programs, including product marketing, demand generation, content marketing, and brand awareness initiatives. Develop and execute campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and events
- Set target for and measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to improve results
- Put processes in place that create an ethos of continuous improvement and learning through the team
- Manage the company's marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to support marketing initiatives, with a focus on ROMI
- Ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned with the company's brand identity and messaging
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns both in the United States and in Europe, based on data-driven insights, and taking action to adapt campaigns to local markets and cultures
