Who you are

A customer focussed product designer with a proven track-record of designing usable and delightful real world products.

What the job involves

You put customer experience at the centre of everything you do, and want to back up your decisions with evidence.
You have a proven track-record of designing usable and delightful real world products.
You can explain and communicate your designs to all levels of the business.
You're comfortable with the fast-paced nature of a start-up and are able to be scrappy when needed.
You enjoy collaborating with others, particularly product managers and engineers.
You have both app and web design experience.
Experience of designing for finance or data-focused products would be great but not required.
