Role
Who you are
- You come with 5+ years of work experience managing a portfolio of products including P&L responsibility with proven ability to drive revenue and EBITDA growth by leveraging data to support business decisions
- You come with around 3 years of experience leading small to medium sized teams
- You have a solid knowledge in the fields of E-Commerce and Amazon FBA
- You come with the ability to work cross functionally on various strategic initiatives and projects by communication amongst teams to maximize efficiency
- You have excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple workstreams despite daily "fire drills" and changing priorities
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset and "think out of the box" to find solutions for problems
- You come with a passion for leading and are able to set clear expectations, provide guidance and foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment
- You are an expert in building and maintaining relationships, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and influencing stakeholders at various levels of the organization to achieve common goals
What the job involves
- As a Team Lead Business Management (f/m/x) you will be part of our newly restructured sales department, where you will be responsible for one of our verticals and it's colleagues
- You will lead a team of 3-6 people, where you will take over the full disciplinary and functional responsibility
- With this role you will have a big impact to our overall future vision of BBG
- You will oversee a portfolio of brands or categories within one of the verticals
- You will manage a team of Business Managers, who are responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of keeping BBG’s product portfolio successful across our country-channel mix
- You will partner with internal stakeholders such as "Channel Experts" and "Center of Excellence" to meet financial targets and assess opportunity for optimization and increased revenue and EBITDA margin
- You will ensure continued supply and adequate stock levels, aligning pricing tactics with the Central Pricing Team and share market and competitor insights with Product Team for possible ideas to extend BBG’s product assortment
- You will cooperate with the "New Launch" Team to ensure new product launch successes
- You will challenge and guide your team by setting clear priorities and develop strategies to identify and improve low margin and low growth products based on a data driven and analytical approach
- You will create holistic category and brand improvement plans including market and competitive intelligence outlining all strategic opportunities within your assortment
- You will calculate business cases and define timelines and resources required to achieve the desired outcome
