Who you are

A methodical, organised approach with the ability to keep track of multiple workstreams & an eye for detail
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, and experience liaising directly with customers
Comprehensive knowledge of the Microsoft Suite including PPT, Word & Excel
At least 2 years’ experience of account or project management

Desirable

Experience working with Hubspot and Asana a benefit
Ideally experience of the sales process and of onboarding new customers

What the job involves

Supporting the Sales team with pipeline management, tracking opportunities and helping win business
Tracking existing customers through their life cycle, conducting feedback and outreach sessions, problem solving and liaising with the Product and Technical Development teams to improve the customer’s experience
Managing the hand over from the Sales team to Service Delivery team as new customers are onboarded to our platform, including running training sessions, managing contracts and documentation
