What the job involves
- As one of our early sales hires, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how we sell, to whom we sell, and the strategies we use to scale. We’ve built an incredible product that our customers love, and now it’s time to bring it to more teams
- The goal for someone who crushes it in this role: within 3 months, you’ll own a full sales pipeline and close deals independently.
- Within a year, you’ll be helping to define our sales playbook and mentoring new team members as we scale. If you’re scrappy, love solving problems, and are ready to build something big, this is the role for you
- We work hard to ensure Motion’s team is one of the highest talent-density teams in the world. We have accomplished in weeks or months what it would take larger teams years to do
Our take
Large companies deploy custom-built agents for everything from sales and marketing to customer support. However, SMBs don’t have the capital, manpower, know-how or time to develop these business-accelerating tools. Wonderly, formerly Motion, is out to change that with its end-to-end AI platform for service businesses.
Currently working with SMBs across a diverse range of industries, Wonderly’s product offers web-building services, AI lead generation, sales, project management and communication tools, all for B2C companies looking to boost their revenue.
Since rebranding from its project management app, Motion, Wonderly has expanded its concept of time-saving for businesses and, in just two years, has created a tool that’s attracted hundreds of customers. Operating on the principle that “if you can explain your business to a neighbor, you can turn on Wonderly”, it’s created what could be a game-changer for the B2C and SMBs out there that feel the AI boom has left them behind.
