• Experience: Proven experience in employee relationship management and corporate culture development
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, with strong skills in reviewing and drafting various English documents
• Skills: Strong risk awareness, professional sensitivity, excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Team Spirit: Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Time Management: Good time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus, but a great attitude and eagerness to learn are what we value most
