Who you are
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in back-end programming (we use Node & TypeScript)
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Strong Git, CI/CD pipeline knowledge
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Things like payroll, insurance, and tax are aspects that are quite straightforward for those who are employed, but far more complicated when working independently.
Wingspan is a payroll platform created to solve some of the common financial challenges often faced by freelancers. Due to its differentiating features, Wingspan has witnessed steady growth and has more than 20,000 members as well as hundreds of enterprise clients, and is on track to surpass a billion in contractor payments by the end of the year.
