Who you are
- Unlimited desire to help customers and do everything possible to resolve their requests
- Passion to build better customer service
- Experience in customer support or work with customers
- Very good command of MS Office and G-Suite - you are a digital native
- Experience with regulatory and government requests, customers' claims is desirable
- Financial or investment background is desirable
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills, knowledge of other European languages is a plus
- Based in Berlin
What the job involves
- Answering customers requests via chat and email, helping and guiding them through the app and providing them with the best user experience in English and/or German
- Be our customers’ voice by sharing their feedback and reporting their issues
- Collaborating with our different teams and having direct impact on improving our product
- Representing Vivid Money and build a trustful relationship with our customers

Leading the charge in Europe is German startup Vivid Money. Its platform allows users to send, receive, spend, invest and save money in different ways.
